TECHNOLOGIES USED DURING OPERATIONS

At Phloema, we use advanced technologies for asset identification.

We offer solutions based on UHF RFID tags, which assign a unique digital identity to each asset. These tags can be read remotely, even without direct line of sight, and ensure reliable readability for up to 20 years thanks to their resistance to wear and tear.

We also work with NFC tags, ideal for close-range reading using smartphones.

Both technologies can be integrated with traditional barcodes, improving efficiency by enabling dual reading methods.

OUR WORKING METHOD

Our operational plan consists of several phases, starting with an initial meeting with the client to define timelines and procedures for the asset registration process.

We then prepare and collect data, create checklists to be used with our systems, and carry out the physical inventory.

Afterward, we verify assets on-site, collect identification data and images, and perform reconciliation with the fixed assets register. All collected information is carefully checked against accounting records.

Finally, we provide a detailed final report along with a complete file of reconciled assets.

The entire process is streamlined thanks to Inventory Assets, a tool developed by Phloema for data collection. It is based on a web platform that communicates directly with mobile devices used during field operations.
